Our Campus Financial Management is your one stop for Registration, Admission and Accounting.

The key factor of our iBOS module is integration. You can access the data for registration all the way through to admissions, accounting, inventory and SIS. This level of integration will eliminate re-entry of data, as well as centralizing all the data.

Registration & Admission

Manage the entire admissions process from inquiry to enrollment and billing. This module makes it easy for the school’s admissions office, set up student application, receive, process, and respond to prospective students' correspondence electronically.


The accounts module helps users manage and monitor all the accounting activities of the school and maintain the books of accounts. You can pull up a family’s statement, print invoices, and check balances per family or student by year or by terms specified by the management. It integrates with all relevant modules (Registration, Inventory, and other modules), which have information for accounts and gives us single window information.

Financial accounting of the school is based on the Income – Expenditure and Assets – Liabilities. This module also has facilities to generate various financial reports; such as balance sheets and trial balances, income statements, voucher printing, receipt and payment vouchers, and bankbook just to name a few.
